E.P. Gates is looking for an E-commerce Specialist!

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the e-commerce website to optimize user experience and drive sales.
• Implement performance marketing strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
• Conduct SEM campaigns to enhance search engine rankings and attract potential customers.
• Analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
• Assist social media director with social media accounts to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• Research market trends to inform product offerings and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with the team on advertising initiatives across various digital platforms.
• Link POS system to online selling platforms and manage online sales
• Assist in email marketing and customer loyalty initiatives • Assist with events and customer appreciation initiatives

Qualifications
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEM, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in CSS and email marketing strategies. • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not mandatory. • Excellent research skills to stay ahead of market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in social media management is beneficial but not required.
• A passion for retail and customer service is essential. • Experience with Lightspeed Retail version
• Experience with selling on Ebay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, and on the web.
• Experience with making videos and selling on TikTok
